From the vicar: Martyn Saunders

Thanks for stopping by our site. We are a growing and lively evangelical church in Medway - based in Walderslade. We are passionate to bring our worship to Jesus both on Sundays and in our whole lives, to see more people discover his amazing love and forgiveness; and to grow a strong community of friendship.

Whatever your reason for looking at the site today - whether you are considering joining us, or at least visiting, or wondering about hall hire, or wanting help to celebrate a new birth, a new relationship or mourn the passing of a loved one; then do get in touch, we'd be delighted to help.

"Pip n Jim's" is how we're often referred to. We are part of the Church of England, and thus a parish church within the Diocese of Rochester.

A little about me: I am married to Janette, who is a part time hospital consultant, we have three energetic and yet lovely boys all primary school age and below. Before moving to Medway I was responsible for a church in Central London for over 8 years, which served the least, the last and the lost of Kings Cross and South Islington. Originally I trained and worked as a chemical engineer, before training at Wycliffe Hall, in Oxford and was a curate on a council estate in Birmingham.
